Privacy notice

This notice explains how ORIGEN (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through origen.garden. It is a plain-language summary. Please contact us if you have any questions.

What we collect

• Details you submit in our forms: name, company, email, phone, country, and your sourcing or retreat requirements.
• Files you choose to attach to a sourcing request (for example specifications or purchase orders).
• Basic technical information such as the page that referred you and your browser type. We do not store your IP address with your request.
• If analytics is enabled, aggregated usage data from Google Analytics and/or Cloudflare Web Analytics.

How we use it

• To review, respond to and fulfil your sourcing request, retreat request or enquiry.
• To share the relevant parts of a request with trusted partners, such as suppliers, logistics providers, travel and hospitality partners, only where needed to fulfil it.
• To keep records of our commercial relationships and meet legal and export obligations.
• To protect our forms from spam and abuse (including Cloudflare Turnstile).

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in our secured database and file storage, provided by Supabase, with access limited to authorised ORIGEN staff. Transactional emails are sent through our email provider.

How long we keep it

We keep request records for as long as needed for the relationship and our legal obligations, and then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@origen.garden. This includes rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and other applicable laws.
