Questions

Buyer FAQs

Do I need a purchase order before contacting ORIGEN?
No. We work with confirmed orders as well as buyers who are still testing supply. Tell us where you are. If you already have a PO or confirmed demand, it helps us prioritise and move faster.
What quantities do you work with?
Quantities depend on the commodity, season and specification. Tell us the volume you need, whether it's a one-off or a recurring supply, and we'll say honestly what we can do.
Can I request samples before committing?
Yes. Where the transaction calls for it, we coordinate sampling, laboratory testing and pre-shipment inspection so you can check quality before and during fulfilment.
Which Incoterms do you support?
We can quote EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP, depending on the destination and transaction. If you're not sure, choose “Not sure” on the form and we'll advise.
What documentation can you provide?
Depending on the commodity and destination, we coordinate the phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, certificate of analysis, quality or inspection certificates, commercial invoice, packing list and other export documents.
